These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase from A1 BioResearch LLC ("A1 Bio Research," "we," "us," or "our"), 3838 N. Central Ave, Suite 900, Phoenix, AZ 85012. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase from us.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by A1 Bio Research are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory and research use. They are not for human or veterinary use, and are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food, or medical devices. Our products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use, and nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Products may not be used for human or animal consumption, injection, inhalation, topical application, clinical or diagnostic procedures, or the manufacture of drugs or other products for human or animal use. We do not provide dosing, administration, or usage guidance of any kind, and any request for such information will be declined.

2. Eligibility and Buyer Representations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract;
• You are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research organization or laboratory;
• You will use products only for lawful laboratory research, handled by trained personnel under appropriate safety protocols;
• You will not resell, relabel, or distribute products for human or animal use; and
• You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to your purchase, possession, storage, and use of the products.

We may refuse or cancel any order, at our sole discretion, including where we believe a product may be used for a purpose other than research or where these Terms have been violated. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Product images are for illustration and packaging may vary. Documentation such as certificates of analysis is provided where available, as described on the product page or on request. We do not guarantee that any product is suitable for a particular research purpose; you are responsible for determining suitability.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment is received. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at support@a1bioresearch.com before contacting your bank or card issuer so we can try to resolve it. We may suspend or close the accounts of customers who file chargebacks we determine to be unfounded, and we may provide order records to payment providers when responding to a dispute.

5. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Returns

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping & Payment Info page, and returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Both are part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, except as stated in our Return Policy for damaged or incorrect shipments.

6. Handling and Safety

You are solely responsible for safe storage, handling, use, and disposal of all products in accordance with good laboratory practice and applicable law. Products should be kept away from children and unauthorized persons.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A1 Bio Research and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products, including damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or use contrary to these Terms. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A1 Bio Research from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to A1 Bio Research and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
