Return Policy

Because our products are research materials whose storage and handling we cannot verify once they leave our facility, all sales are final once an order has shipped, except as described below.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will replace or refund an order if:

• It arrived damaged in transit, or
• We shipped the wrong item or quantity.

To make a claim:

1. Email support@a1bioresearch.com within 3 business days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the package, the packing slip, and the affected items.
3. Keep the items in their original sealed packaging until the claim is resolved.

After review, we will reship the correct or undamaged item at no cost to you, or issue a refund. If we ask you to return an item that we shipped in error, we will cover the return shipping.

Not Eligible

• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Products not kept in their original sealed packaging
• Claims reported more than 3 business days after delivery
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships by emailing support@a1bioresearch.com. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
