Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
We currently ship within the United States only. We may decline to ship to any address or region where restrictions apply.
All orders ship with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your package has been picked up by the carrier. Delivery times after that are set by the carrier [CONFIRM CARRIERS USED] and are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping insurance may be offered at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, contact the carrier and email us within 3 business days.
